		a) Account payments are due strictly 30 days from date of invoice. Credit card payments may be made when ordering online. b) 30 day account facilities are available to business establishments whom reside within the EU, subject to application approval. c) Prepayment by cheque will receive a 2% discount before VAT. d) The right is reserved to charge interest on all overdue accounts at the rate of 3% monthly in addition to any costs incurred in collecting late accounts. e) Late payments of accounts may result in the withdrawal of account facilities.
		The goods remain the properties of PRM@Millpledge Healthcare until full payment is received.
		Shortages, breakages and items ordered or supplied in error should be advised within 7 days of the date of invoice.
